Recruitment Process
Should execute mutually an Agency Agreement stating adequately
To begin with, the employer and the
"AL-HIND FOREIGN SERVICE AGENCY"
the terms and conditions
regarding demand and supply of manpower from India. This agreement
should be signed by both the parties towards acceptances of
stated terms and conditions upon which the manpower of stated
terms and conditions will be executed.
EMPLOYER'S PART
Power of Attorney-
The Employers shall furnish the
"AL-HIND FOREIGN SERVICE AGENCY"
with a Power of Attorney to
supply Indian Manpower including meeting up of all the necessary
formalities with regards to visas from respective Embassies,
Medial check-up and signing of service agreements etc. This
Power of Attorney must be attested by the Embassy of India
situated in the country of employment and endorsed by its
Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Demand Letter-
The Employer/Principal will formally issue a demand letter
in favor of "AL-HIND FOREIGN SERVICE AGENCY"
stating the job categories, number of workers required in
each category, monthly salary, duration of contract and other
amenities for workers such as food, medical, transport, air
passage, accommodation, etc. The demand letter must be endorsed
by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chamber of Commerce
of the labor importing country and finally attested by the
Embassy of India in the country of employment.
Visa Advice-
The Visa advice should reach the "AL-HIND FOREIGN
SERVICE AGENCY" for its presentation to the
concerned Embassy in order to ensure expeditious action.
Authority Letter-
The Visa advice should reach the "AL-HIND FOREIGN
SERVICE AGENCY" for its presentation to the

AGENT'S PART
Selection-
We always prefer selection of applicants either by oral test
or by practical test conducted by the Employer or his authorized
representative. We arrange his accommodation, transport and
all other logistics support required for the purpose. In case
we are entrusted with the selection & testing of workers,
we normally do it with the help of a team of experts in case
of Technical & Professional worker and for ordinary labor
by our Professional Executives.
Medical Check-Up-
After final selection we send the workers for medical checkup
by the authorized medical center of the respective Embassies
of Country of Employment.
Application for Visa-
After finalization of Selection, Trade Testing and Medial
Checkup we apply for Visa.
Passport-
Candidates intending to go abroad generally have their passports.
We also offer our services to get the passports as quickly
as possible.
Ticketing and Emigration Formalities-
The employer may send P. T. A. or remit necessary traveling
expenses in favor of "AL-HIND FOREIGN SERVICE
AGENCY" to facilitate traveling as scheduled.
We obtain emigration clearance from the concerned government
department for the candidates.
Orientation Before Departure-
"AL-HIND FOREIGN SERVICE AGENCY"
provides basic orientation to candidates before traveling
abroad. The candidates are informed about their duties and
responsibilities while abroad and a first hand information
on work environment etc.
