Recruitment Process

Recruitment Process is executed mutually by an Agency Agreement stating sufficiently the terms & condition, regarding the demand and supply of manpower from India.

- Power of Attorney
- Demand Letter
- Visa Letter (Visa with e-Wakala)

Power of Attorney must be provided to AL-HIND FOREIGN SERVICE AGENCY to supply Indian manpower including meeting up of all the necessary formalities with regards to visas from respective Embassies, medical check-up and signing of service agreements etc. This Power of Attorney must be attested by the Embassy of India situated in the country of employment and endorsed by its Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

- Demand Letter the Employer will formally issue a demand letter in favor of AL-HIND FOREIGN SERVICE AGENCY stating the job categories, number of workers required in each category, monthly salary, duration of contract and other amenities for workers such as food, medical, transport, air passage, accommodation, etc. The demand letter must be endorsed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chamber of Commerce and Embassy of India in the country of employment.

- Visa letter: Visa authorization / wakala is required along with visa letter. e-Wakala in the name of “AL-HIND FOREIGN SERVICE AGENCY” License No. “B-0376/DEL/PER/1000+/5/1263/1984

Selection: We always prefer selection of applicants either by oral test or by practical examination conducted by the employer or his authorized representative. We arrange his accommodation, transport and all other logistics support required for the purpose. In case we are entrusted with the selection & testing of workers, we normally do it with the help of a team of experts in case of technical & professional worker and for ordinary labor by our Professional Executives.

Medical Check-Up: After final selection we send the concern for medical checkup by the authorized medical center of the respective Embassies of Country of Employment.

Certificates Certification: Along with the medical checkup we check the authenticity of educational and experience certificates
- Ministry of HRD
- Ministry of External Affairs
- Saudi Culture Attestation & Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia Attestation.

Application for Visa: Then an application for visa endorsement to the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia.

Ticketing and Emigration Formalities: The employer may send PTA or remit necessary traveling expenses in favor of “AL-HIND FOREIGN SERVICE AGENCY” to facilitate traveling as scheduled. We obtain emigration clearance from the concerned government department for the candidates.

Orientation before Departure: Basic orientation is given to each candidate before traveling.

Process for Certificate Attestation from India for Saudi Employment

For Saudi attestation HRD from concern State is compulsory for all candidates irrespective of degrees and universities.

Documents required for Saudi attestation of Degree / Educational Certificate:

1) Original Degree / Certificate with HRD. (Xerox Copies not acceptable)
2) Final Year Original Marks Sheet.
3) Passport Copy. (First & Last)
4) Visa Copy For fresh candidates
5) Original Offer Letter / Contract from KSA, in Arabic or English, on company letter head, attested by Saudi CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, and Saudi FOREIGN MINISTRY, not more than six months old.

1) Original Degree / Certificate with HRD. (Xerox Copies not acceptable)
2) Final Year Original Marks Sheet.
3) Passport Copy. (First, Last & Visa pages)
4) Iqama COLOR Copy. (Residence Permit) For those who are already on Job in Saudi.
6) One fresh letter in which his experience details and a valid Iqama should be mentioned with company Ref No. and date. Both letters attested by Saudi CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, and Saudi FOREIGN MINISTRY, not more than six months old.

Verification of Educational Certificates for Saudi attestation
Verification of educational documents from the university/ board is must now. Verification means the copy of the degree will be sent to the university/ board, The University/ board is supposed to send back with verification seal on the copy along with the letter of verification. Distance education degrees are not accepted.

Time frame for Saudi Attestation from India
For Educational documents, time required may vary from university to university, it usually takes about 1 to 2 months or more. It also depends on the time taken by the university in replying to verification request of the concern’s certificate.

For Non-educational documents, time required is 4-5 working days. All experience certificates, birth certificates, marriage certificates etc. are considered as non-educational documents.
